The Guest Journey Push feature elevates the guest experience by delivering timely, personalized push notifications that enhance engagement and simplify communication. The push message can be sent to your SuitePads in-room tablets at any time during each guest's stay. Either to everybody or just guests that fulfil specific criteria like the length of stay or PMS data like rate code. Also, the improved normal push messages for hotel chains allow you to send them across installations if you have multiple properties. This makes it possible to manage and send chain-level promotions and information centrally and across hotels.
