Julia Krebs, from Germany, discovered her passion for the hospitality industry right after high school when she began her career in Housekeeping and later moved to Front Office. After completing her German Hotel School Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality in Switzerland, Julia embarked on a journey across various European countries before embarking on her professional journey through Southeast Asia; assuming roles such as Guest Relation Manager, Front Office Manager, and Rooms Division Manager. 
Julia's enthusiasm for hospitality deepened as she encountered diverse cultures and challenges, her commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests and nurturing her team's growth fueled her drive into education. This path eventually led her to Les Roches Marbella, where she imparts industry knowledge and guidance to students.

From a hospitality background in London, transitioning to the Lake District was natural, allowing them to create and develop their own boutique hotel.
Embracing technology and keeping traditional hotel values such as face-to-face service has been their priority.  Customer service is the core of what they do.

Tilmann Volk is the co-founder and managing director of SuitePad, and he is responsible for operations and product/engineering. After completing his studies at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, Tilmann headed up Business Development at Beko Käuferportal before co-founding SuitePad. Tilmann is a keen climber and mountaineer, swapping Berlin’s flat surroundings for the steep slopes of the Alps as often as he can.
