SuitePad is refining its focus on large hotels and chains, restructuring its teams to accelerate international growth and deepen global partnerships. With 80% of new business already coming from hotel chains and a 20% increase in team size over the past six months, SuitePad is strengthening its market position. Profitable since mid-2024, the company’s financial success is fueling further expansion and reinforcing its global presence.

A Strategic Shift to Focus on Large-Scale Hotels and Chains

To support this focus, SuitePad has restructured its Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Management (CSM). These teams are now dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for hotel chains and large properties, ensuring that these clients receive the specialized support needed to enhance their operations and guest engagement.

“We are thrilled to see our strong international growth alongside prominent hotel chains, and we recognize that these relationships are key to scaling our business,” said Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen, Founder and Managing Director at SuitePad.

Strengthening Global Partnerships at Scale

As part of this strategic positioning, SuitePad has appointed Erik Muñoz as its new Head of Partnerships. Erik will focus on expanding SuitePad’s global presence, strengthening collaborations at scale, and identifying new opportunities to drive mutual growth.

“This is an exciting time to join SuitePad as the company continues to grow its global presence,” said Erik Muñoz. “I look forward to enhancing relationships with our existing partners and exploring new opportunities to deliver value to hotels of all sizes.”

As part of this initiative, SuitePad is also growing its sales partner network to solidify its presence in multiple regions. A key example of this is its expanded partnership with Concierge Digitale, which has been focusing on sales for individual hotels with up to 200 rooms beyond Italy since November 2024

"After a great collaboration over the past six years, as the exclusive partner for Italy, we are thrilled about the opportunity to extend our partnership and work even more closely with SuitePad to meet the needs of independent hotels internationally,” said Samuel Zambelli, Co-founder at Concierge Digitale.

This strategic realignment positions SuitePad to continue its international growth while addressing the diverse needs of hotels worldwide, enabling them to enhance guest engagement and operational efficiency. SuitePad remains open to further collaborations to scale its impact and deliver value to hotels of all sizes.

Enhanced Support for Independent Hotels

While internal teams focus on chains, independent hotels will receive stronger, more personalized support through SuitePad’s dedicated Customer Experience Management (CEM) team, led by Balázs Ujvari. This initiative ensures that smaller properties benefit from tailored guidance and optimized service, helping them maximize the value of their SuitePad solution.

"While our sales focus is now on large hotel groups and chains, independent hotels will receive even greater attention through our dedicated CEM team,” added Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen. “This team ensures that every hotel—regardless of size—benefits from a high level of personalized support and care.”
