Despite the fact that I started as a junior, I was given ownership of entire projects from the beginning. The responsibilities assigned to me and the complete trust in my capabilities was a confidence boost, especially since this was my first real job after finishing my studies. A bonus is the fantastic team vibes, and the team events we have throughout the year. I joined SuitePad as a working student in 2012 and helped develop our first product right from the start.
